Antibiotics Can?t Cure Running Nose

Author: Christy M

Are you one of those who run after to fetch antibiotic pills the moment you get a small fever rather a running nose often termed as cold? May be you are because according to statistics nearly 95% of the population do the same. As it seems this is the main treatment available. We are just following the majority rather advice from our elders.

However it seems very few are knowledgeable about the side-effects of instant meditation in treating climatic bodily adaptations. Actually many of these bodily illnesses can be cured by simple precaution that can be carried out at homes. They include drinking warm water which is boiled well in 100 C Temperatures. As well as protecting body from extreme cold and hot climates by wearing suitable clothing. For e.g. do not wear clothes made of cotton or the like in winter instead rely on hot clothing like woolen clothes to preserve the bodily heat. This way you can keep the body warm in adverse cold weather.

I have my source here to show you that Antibiotics wont really help. A team of researchers in New Zealand found trials comparing antibiotics with placebo for acute purulent rhinitis i.e. running nose with discolored discharge and found out that only 1/6th benefited from antibiotics. Sometimes you have taken your medication but you feel not better rather worst. The studies revealed that antibiotics can cause vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain as well as ashes and hyperactivity. I hope you are reaching the point. Yes its better if one can avoid instant medication for quick relief. So next time have a re-thought about swallowing any pills.
