"I believe in me and I can achieve whatever I want!" The words of a confident person yes? But how many of us actually do believe in ourselves? I mean to a pure true level, where no matter what stands in our way we can stand strong in what we believe in and with ease enjoy our way through our lives. I personally feel we live in a world where we condition ourselves as a species not to succeed. We wrap ourselves in our comforts and never pull the curtains to really see whats out there! We choose not to challenge ourselves as challenge means change, and change is usually hard. But without challenging ourselves and stepping outside of our comforts we experience the worst type of pain. The pain of not having meaning, the pain of not growing through our lives. I firmly believe that you have to start with your own life and believe that you can achieve your goals as that is what life is truly about! Without that meaning there is no point, no growth and no true happiness. Once we develop this belief in ourselves then the satisfaction of helping others to feel the same becomes so rewarding! The chance to know that you can help somebody else and genuinely give them some advice or say the right thing to make them smile is a wonderful gift. So lets start thinking about you. How you can believe in yourself to a level that means you can help yourself to better wellbeing, happiness, satisfaction and growth and then guess what? You will be amazed at how much joy you bring to others. looking at your opportunities that you have had through your life. It might have been opportunities to travel the world, or earn lots of money, or it might just have an opportunity to make somebody else smile. Think about all the times throughout your life where you made a decision or did not make a decision and maybe an opportunity passed you by or you just regretted what you did. Have you got some of those times in your mind right now? What I am trying to say is that we all go through our lives without a conscious meaning of where we are really going and also living within our comforts so we do not always make the correct decisions. Am I correct? And that is not the saddest thing, the saddest thing is that so many of us go through life missing opportunities and we do not even realise it! I know for a fact that there have been times throughout both yours and my life that opportunities have passed us by and we did not even consciously notice a thing. Well, this month I want to change that, I want you to understand that you are given opportunities to be as successful as you want to be at every moment throughout your life and it is what you make of it that determines how successful you are or not. As failure is not failure, only opportunity. You are not fearful of what you think you are, only of what you think. Grab life with both hands, never let go and allow the river of life to simply take you on a journey of a lifetime!
