There are so many changes going on in our world right now. To many its the end of the world, but actually, its the end of the world as we know it. Katrina which is German for pure or to Purge is just another example of the planetary changes that we are experiencing.

Our world is entering a new energy that is purer. In that purity we are more aware, more compassionate, and eventually will be more prosperous. As a people we are more aware of what is going on in our communities, our government and our world. Since 9/11 we have been forced to pay attention to the news, the people around us, our economy and our own feelings. Thats good considering so many walk around sleepwalking.

With all the national and international disasters we have gained compassion for people and the horrible conditions that they have been subjected to. We have gone out of our way to serve strangers in other countries and in our own. People have migrated to Africa and South Asia to save the children and assist the people in dire need of financial and medical assistance. Our prayers have gone to London for peace and now we have the opportunity to assist in our own homeland again with the disasters in New Orleans and Mississippi.

We are purifying our hearts and growing with compassion and love for one another. We are assisting each other in our growth and that is true prosperity. We have to do better as a people, as a nation and as a planet. We have to prosper or perish. Plants either grow or die. We are in a time when we have to rise above our mundane experience and choose life for everyone.

In choosing life we choose to help our planet and its inhabitants. We choose to consciously be a part of the positive changes that are going on. We do this by actively helping others in need everywhere. We do this by actively praying for the many souls that Katrina called home and for the families that they left behind. We do this by actively being the best you that you can be in every area of your life. Be the best student, teacher, parent, spouse, minister, servant, lover, counselor, worker, entrepreneur, or whatever you do, just be the best beacon of light from the Most High that you can be and your conscious presence for life will change the world.
