Failure is Essential to Success (Depending on How You Manage It)!

Author: Eli McGeever

Lets face it, everyone has failed at something, heck Ive failed at more things than I have not. We are all scared of failure, because, really, who wants to fail? Though the term failure is defined by how you look at.

Failure is, in many ways, essential to succuss!

There are two simple ways to look at failure. The first way to look at failure is to get depressed and give up on what you are trying to achieve, having learned nothing from the experience. The second point of view is how we should all look at failure. Failure should be looked as not failure itself; but rather practice.

Practice is essential to improve your abilities, failure is just a way in which we practice. When failing it is necessary to look back at how you failed doing this you will see how you failed, as well as how NOT to fail. You see, by failing and just quitting, you have learned nothing. The best thing about failing is that you learn how not to fail.

The three key points to consider about failure are:

1. Dont waste your failure learn how not to fail!
2. You havent failed until you have given up.
3. Learn to LOVE failure because without it we wouldnt have success!

So as you can see, failure can be seen as success in disguised, by learning something from your failure you have succeeded in learning something new.
